For years, Mycircleum only thought of The Black Band as a loose coalition of itinerant scavengers who would pass through the settlement from time to time, bringing with them much-needed metal products. While they had been known to occasionally ‘scavenge’ from still-occupied settlement and more when times got tough, they were given a pass by Mycircleum’s Elders for the necessity they served.

Since the group of refugee punks arrived however, The Black Band has been less willing to trade, and have grown suspicious of any they think may be eyeing their haul.

Sneaky, suspicious, and snarky, members are easy to pick out thanks to their signature look - Each member has a finger-length band of black anti-glare grease across their face. Their leader - Scarlet Gaze, is known for staring balefully intro the eyes of everyone she meets. Some say she pierces one’s soul with her crimson eyes.

They have recently set their eyes on the Delvers’ prize in the Flooded Village to the South.
