Far to the Northeast, a mirror to the Church of the Capsule Cult is rumoured to have long been inhabited by Ratlins, a rarity around Mycircleum. While the people of Mycircleum typically have no distrust of Ratlins, the difficulty of the surrounding terrain has not proved worth the effort. Tales heard in the Wastes suggest that the stronghold is experiencing some kind of conflict.
